Yakuza Kiwami

There is only one game you need to play on your PlayStation 4 next month and that is Yakuza Kiwami. Forget the rest of all games and read this Yakuza Kiwami review. After that, you may not doubt for a moment whether or not you should download it!

Yakuza Kiwami is the remake of the very first Yakuza that appeared in 2005 for the PlayStation 2. And to go straight to the door with the door: that remake is damn good. Put images of the PlayStation 2 version next to it and you immediately see a world of difference. Yakuza Kiwami has received an extreme update and that may be said.

The story

Ten years ago, Kazuma Kiryu confessed to a crime he had not committed to protect his best friend. Once out of prison, he was banned by his Yakuza family and the city has changed beyond recognition. When 10 billion yen disappears from the Tojo Clan safe, hell breaks loose, and Kiryu is in the middle of it. He discovers that everything points to a mysterious girl named Haruka. Together they have to survive to find answers to their questions.
In 2005, a legend was born on the PlayStation 2: Kazuma Kiryu, the dragon of Dojima, made his debut in Yakuza. Now, 13 years later, a new generation of players can discover the unique action and drama of the Yakuza series with a PS Plus subscription for free!

In Bulletstorm it’s all about shooting down all the enemies as quickly, as much and as stylishly as possible. A headshot gives you the most satisfaction in other shooters, but in Bulletstorm this is only the beginning. The game encourages the player to experiment as much as possible. An incoming rocket? Kick it back to its sender with a well-timed kick. A dangerous abyss? Use your whip to draw an enemy towards you and then kick him into the abyss. Or shoot an enemy in his kneecaps before finishing with a last shot with your drill gun. More style means more points and more points mean more available weapons and upgrades, which in turn leads to an abundance of methods to allow the blood to flow, splash and spray. Once you have the gameplay in your fingers, Bulletstorm really beats you with a stupor.
